Biz Kids | 2nd - 3rd Grades

Do you have a budding business owner at home? This hands-on learning camp unlocks each child’s true potential to lead! Through the use of games, activities, and challenges, campers explore what it means to motivate others, be a project manager, and how to actively listen. Campers learn to respect the chain of communication and how to be a supportive and caring leader at camp, school, and at home.

Through the use of games, activities, and challenges, campers explore what it means to motivate others, be a project manager and how to actively listen. BIZ Kids will do design challenges (marshmallow towers), leadership games (minefield) and public speaking (making an infomercial).

Leading in a New Normal

The pandemic is changing so many of the ways we interact, solve problems, and conduct business. We'll be asking our young Biz Kids campers what aspects of life they notice will need to change and what ideas they have to fix them. For example, getting campers to think about how to support a teammate when a high-five isn't safe, will lead to brainstorming about how to meet someone when you shouldn't shake their hand.
