LINX Camps is proud to make lunch available for camp families who desire the added convenience. Over 85% of campers choose our Lunch Box service. Lunch each day includes a hot entrée (i.e. chicken sandwich, burgers, hotdog, pizza), pasta with or without marinara sauce, salad, a beverage choice of milk, juice, or water, and fresh fruit. Vegan and gluten-free options are available upon request.
We provide a nut-free daily snack to all campers.
Please note that any registrations for Lunch Box must be made by the Wednesday before the start of the service.
Our Lunch Box has rotating menu items over a two week period.
"Week A" menu: campers registered June 21st, July 5th, July 18th, August 1st, and August 15th
"Week B" menu: campers registered June 27th, July 11th, July 25th, and August 8th
Please note all food provided by the Dana Hall campus kitchen is peanut and nut safe.
Four condiments are made available for campers every day: ketchup, mustard, relish, and mayo (egg, soy)
Campers will pick their lunch choice each morning with their counselor. Monday's lunch choice is indicated on camper forms to assist our junior campers if needed.
We provide campers with a nut-free, individually packaged snack each day. All snacks provided by LINX Camps are peanut and nut-safe. We offer an allergen-safe substitute for those campers who need it.
At no time are campers permitted to share snacks with one another.
Campers may choose to bring their own snack each day. It must be an allergy-safe snack.
You won’t see a better rate than you see today! As summer gets closer, each future promotion will never be quite as awesome as the one before it.
Exceptions to the calculators below include Fun Bunch Camp and Counselor in Training (CIT) program, which are $509/week.
We offer a sibling discount on bus service which is $10 less per week for each sibling. Please use the calculator below, rather than the chart, for an estimate that reflects your rate with bus savings.

Due to when we sign food contracts, our service cancellation policy is:
- By June 1st, a full refund will be issued.
- Between June 1st and two weeks prior to the start of the service, a full credit will be issued.
- Within two weeks of the start of the service, no refund or credit will be given.
