Improv | 4th - 8th Grades

Join us for a week of imagination. expression, and a ton of laughs! Whether your child loves to be on stage, or is new to Performing Arts, this camp is a perfect way to explore a short, spontaneous form of live performance. In improv, there is no pressure to memorize lines, dancing, or blocking — this theater form is just pure creativity and fun! With high energy games, quick thinking, storytelling, and scene making, the campers are destined to make lasting memories!

Details

This camp includes three improv-focused periods, a period for traditional camp fun, water games, and a lunch period. Potential Improv activity periods are:

  • “Yes and!”
  • One word story
  • The alphabet game
  • The gibberish translator
  • Freeze
