Movie Making 2 Camp

Master the foundation of movie making by working on a film in the new LINX Movie Studio.

On-site shooting gets blended with green-screen technology as campers work off a shooting script developed specifically for them. As a team, campers use their creativity to fashion this script into a complete project.

At the camera campers learn:

• the 5 C's of cinematography
• how to use camera filters
• the best techniques to capture professional lighting and sound

Then campers use Final Cut Pro, industry standard editing software, to:

• trim their footage
• add in a background (from our digital library of 14,000 HD backgrounds!)
• add effects
• leverage the power of the cinematic score

At the end of this two-week session, campers can confidently embark on their own projects during the school year before returning again to train some more.
