Policies

If you register before February 1st:

A deposit of $100 per week of camp will be charged at time of registration. For the balance, you have three choices:

• One ACH Payment (save 2.5%): Pay your camp balance in full in one payment.
• Three ACH Payments (save 2.5%): Pay your camp balance in three equal payments - January 22nd, February 22nd, and March 22nd.
• One Credit Card Payment: The full balance due, less your deposit, will be charged on the credit card of your choice.

If you register between February 1st and April 1st:

A deposit of $100 per week of camp will be charged at time of registration. Your balance due will be charged 30 days from the time of your registration. You can save 2.5% if you choose to pay by ACH.

If you register after April 1st:

A deposit of $100 per week of camp will be charged at time of registration. Your balance due will be charged on May 2nd. You can save 2.5% if you choose to pay by ACH.

If you register after May 2nd:

Full payment is charged at time of registration. You can save 2.5% if you choose to pay by ACH.

Camp weeks and programs may be changed at any time, subject to availability, up until the Thursday before that camp week. You can conveniently make your changes via your LINX Camps Orders Page.

Regardless of the calendar date, you will not be charged if you cancel a registration within 24 hours of first making it.

Before January 17th

You will be eligible to receive a full refund for any or all camp and/or bus registrations you cancel.

Between January 17th and February 29th

You will receive a 100% LINX Camps credit for any or all camp and/or bus registrations you cancel that you may use toward any future camps or services, including the future balance for this summer.

Between March 1st and March 31st

You will receive a 75% LINX Camps credit for any or all camp and/or bus registrations you cancel that you may use toward any future camps or services, including the future balance for this summer.

Between April 1st and April 30th

You will receive a 50% LINX Camps credit for any or all camp and/or bus registrations you cancel that you may use toward any future camps or services, including the future balance for this summer.

Between May 1st and May 31st

You will receive a 25% LINX Camps credit for any or all camp and/or bus registrations you cancel that you may use toward any future camps or services, including the future balance for this summer.

June 1st and onward

No credits or refunds.

Cancellation form

By June 1st, a full refund will be issued.

Between June 1st and two weeks prior to the start of the service, a full credit will be issued.

Within two weeks of the start of the service, no refund or credit will be given.

Camp forms are required by the State of Massachusetts. Families are asked to submit camp forms by [[RELATIVE_DUE_CAMP_FORMS]]. Families registering after [[RELATIVE_DUE_CAMP_FORMS]] are asked to submit camp forms within 48 hours. All camp forms are processed and reviewed by our nursing team, before being presented to the Board of Health in a meeting that takes place in early June.

Failure to submit fully complete camp forms by May 31st, including addressing any aspects of the camp forms that are flagged as incomplete, will result in the registration being cancelled. A 25% LINX Camps credit will then be issued.

Families who register on or after June 1st have 48 hours to submit their camp forms. Failure to submit complete camp forms within 48 hours will result in the registration being cancelled. No credit or refund will be issued.

As the parent or guardian of the registered minor child(ren), I hereby give consent for the child(ren) to fully participate in all programs, events, and activities offered by LINX-USA CORP., its affiliates and subsidiaries (“LINX”). I understand the nature of the camp, program, events and activities (“Programs”) and the child(ren)’s experience and capabilities and believe they are qualified to participate.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in such Programs could result in injury to participants and/or exposure to illness and/or communicable diseases. I fully accept and assume all risk and responsibility as a result of the child(ren)’s participation in the Programs. I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue LINX, its owners, officers, instructors, employees, contractors, agents, sponsors, and advertisers (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, debts, contracts, expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, and liabilities, of any and every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, that I or my minor child(ren) ever had or may have, arising from or in any way related to my participation or to my minor child(ren)’s participation in any of the Programs organized by, conducted by, on the premises of, off the premises of, or for the benefit of, the Releasees, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, harm, death, loss, damage and/or damage to personal property.

I further agree that if, despite this release I, the child(ren) or anyone on behalf of the child(ren) makes a claim against any or all of the Releasees, I will indemnify and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or cost any Releasee may incur as the result of any such claim.

In the event of an accident or emergency, I hereby consent to LINX obtaining medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or clinic, including transportation and emergency medical services, for the child(ren).

I understand that LINX may take pictures and/or video of the child(ren) participating in the Programs. Unless I notify LINX by email to the contrary, I understand that LINX may use the child(ren)’s photographs, images and/or likeness for any print or electronic advertising, publications, press releases or other communications or other promotional purposes, including use on LINX websites and on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter. I authorize the reproduction, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, electronic storage and/or distribution of said photos, videos and sound recordings without limitation at the discretion of LINX. I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any such use or publication. I hereby release the Releasees from any and all liability from such use and publication. I understand that the decision to post any such photograph, image or likeness is a decision committed solely and exclusively to LINX.

I understand that LINX has rules and policies set in place to provide a safe and kid-friendly atmosphere. In registering for, and participating in, the Programs provided by LINX, I understand that the child(ren) and I must adhere to and follow any rules and policies as well as terms and conditions set forth by LINX. At the discretion of the owners, management and/or staff, LINX reserves the right to deny service to anyone.

I understand that Programs may be cancelled due to inclement weather, instructor illness, or other disruption beyond control of LINX, may be rescheduled, or may be replaced with alternative programming.

I have read, understand, and fully agree to each of the terms of this Participation Agreement. To the best of my knowledge, all of the information provided herein is accurate, and unless otherwise noted in detail in the camp forms that I complete prior to my child(ren) attending the Program, neither I nor my minor child(ren) has/have no physical, emotional, or social conditions that make it dangerous for him/her/them to participate in any Programs conducted or offered by LINX. If any of the information I have provided about me or my minor child(ren) changes, I understand that it is my responsibility to provide LINX with such information.

I understand and agree that, unless otherwise expressly stated herein, no oral or written representations can or will alter the terms of this document. I agree that this Participation Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any legal action required hereunder shall be conducted in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and each party agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of said courts.

I understand, confirm, and agree that by signing this Participation Agreement I have given up considerable future legal rights that otherwise may or would have been held by me and/or my minor child(ren) absent this Participation Agreement. I have signed this Participation Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise, or guarantee being communicated to me. I am 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver, and hereby do so on either my own behalf and/or on the behalf of my minor child(ren).

I understand that the information provided on this form and/or in the online registration process will be maintained in an online account for our access to future LINX camps, programs and events. Personal information may be shared with third parties only in accordance with the policies as listed at www.linxcamps.com.

I understand that LINX may inform me about future camps, programs, events and specials via text, email, phone, etc. and that I will then have the opportunity to opt-out of each method of communication, if I so choose.

Policies, rules and terms of service are available online at www.linxcamps.com and are subject to change with or without notice.

Participant Information

To have a child participate in any of the programs offered on the site, they must be registered. Registration must be done by a parent or guardian. To register, you will need to provide personal information such as name, address, contact information and specific criteria (e.g., choice of camp and additional services) that is established for each program. You will also be asked to provide payment information such as credit card or ACH numbers. You will need to select a unique username and password to verify your identity for future access. This allows you to access and edit personal information that you have provided. Contact information is used for notification purposes (e.g., to confirm program registration) or when necessary for customer service. Payment information is used only to bill you for programs, products and services that you specifically request.

Our Use of Cookies

A "cookie" is a small piece of information that many websites use to simplify your online experience. We write this information on your hard drive, and we retrieve it when you visit our site. No one else can read a cookie that we write, and we cannot read cookies from other websites. Our cookies do not contain any personal information; they simply identify the computer you are using. When you visit our site, the cookie helps us understand how you navigate from page to page on our site. Cookies help us design our site in a way that is easy to use and comfortable to our campers. Your browser allows you to control whether and when websites write cookies to your computer. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser to prevent that. Additional Uses

All of the information we collect, both what you tell us and what we collect through the use of cookies, is used to personalize your account, to customize our services and to allow our customer service representatives to contact you when necessary. We release personally identifying information you have provided to process a request for a program, product or service or when we provide you with prior notice. We will also disclose personal information about an individual user if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process. We will use contact information that you provide to send you information about us and promotional material from some of our partners. You can opt out of receiving these promotions by (1.) clicking the link provided in the bottom of our email communication, (2.) sending an opt out request via email to info@linxcamps.com, or (3.) calling us at (781)-235-3210 to opt out. Information may be released on an aggregated basis (meaning that the information from many participants is grouped together in a way that does not disclose the personal information of any particular participant).

In addition to the disclosures described above, personal information about our users may be provided occasionally to outside auditors, consultants, and others we hire for routine website operations, to help us manage email communications with our campers, or for other standard business activities. We ask all recipients to agree to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the information.

Google Analytics

LINX Camps uses Google Analytics to help analyze how visitors use our site. Google Analytics also uses cookies to collect standard login information and visitor information in an anonymous form. The anonymous information generated by the cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is processed and used to compile statistical reports on website activity for LINX Camps sites only. LINX Camps uses these reports to optimize site content and LINX Camps marketing. LINX Camps also utilizes Google Analytics Advertising Features, which may include Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting.

Social Media

We may also release your child's name and/or picture to a media outlet or social media site, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, or Twitter, through a LINX Camps account. Through the Participation Agreement, by responding to a specific notice to parents and guardians or by emailing LINX Camps, you may request that your child's name and/or picture not be released or posted.

We use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your information. All information we collect is stored in a secure database which is protected by a firewall in an environment that is monitored and is not accessible by the public. We use secure socket layers (SSL) encryption for all data transferred to/from our servers.

This policy statement has a version number and date. LINX Camps reserves the right to change, modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. If we change the policy, we will also change the version number and date so users can tell that a change has been made. We may make minor changes from time to time as our services change, as our relationship with other partners develops, and as the Internet evolves. If we make a significant change in the way in which we collect, use, or disclose personal information, we will notify registrants of the change.

All content included on this Site, including graphics, text, images, logos, buttons, icons, images, audio and video clips and software, as well as the compilation of the content, is the exclusive property of LINX Camps and/or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any use, including the reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works, distribution, transmission or display of the content on this Site, is prohibited unless otherwise noted.

In no way should a link to www.linxcamps.com be used for commercial purposes, unless with the prior, specific, written consent of LINX Camps.

LINX Camps makes no representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through this one. When you access a non-LINX Camps website, it is independent from LINX Camps and LINX Camps has no control over the content on that website. A link to a non-LINX Camps website does not mean that LINX Camps endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or the use of such website. In fact, LINX Camps disclaims any and all liability and responsibility for such content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password ("Registration"). You are responsible for all uses of your Registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify LINX Camps of any unauthorized use of your Registration.

LINX Camps will own all rights, title, and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, to any suggestions, ideas, feedback, recommendations, or other information provided or otherwise published on this Site (“Submissions”). You agree to assign such Submissions to LINX Camps free of charge. LINX Camps may use such Submissions, as it deems appropriate, in its sole discretion.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LINX Camps and its parent, affiliates, officers, directors, investors, employees, agents, representatives and their respective heirs, successors and assigns from any claims or demands, including costs, liabilities and attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Site. This includes any submission you post, email you transmit through the Site, or any violation of the Terms of Service.

This Site, and all materials thereon, is provided on an "as is" basis. LINX Camps does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to materials, products or services offered on this Site. LINX Camps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or title. LINX Camps does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information on this Site; nor are we responsible for any failure of performance caused by or arising out of use or access to any content or information provided by this Site. LINX Camps may make changes to the information on this Site, including the products and prices described, at any time without prior notice. The Terms of Service agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction resides in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in connection with any dispute or claim involving LINX Camps. If any part of these terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. You agree that any cause of action arising out of this agreement shall commence within one year after the cause of action arose; otherwise the cause of action is permanently barred.

The failure of either party to insist upon or enforce strict performance by the other party of any provision of the Terms of Service or to exercise any right under the Terms of Service will not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of such party's right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance; rather, the same will be and remain in full force and effect.

LINX Camps may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Service and upon such assignment LINX Camps may be relieved of any further obligation hereunder.

LINX Camps reserves the right to charge fees, surcharges and/or membership fees at any time.

You represent to LINX Camps that you have the authority to register according to these Terms of Service.

LINX, LLC ("LINX Camps") is licensed by the local board of health in accordance with state regulations.

All children must be registered for a specific camp to participate.

All children must leave upon completion of their camp day at LINX Camps.
