Summer Camp Rates
Here at LINX Camps, we strive to provide you with all of the information you need to make informed decisions about your child's camp experience. TOTAL WEEKS: Total number of camper weeks is determined by adding together the total number of weeks your family is registered for camp. For example, 2 children attending for 4 weeks each equals 8 weeks of camp. You would therefore receive the 8-week rate, plus any additional savings available through current promotions.
REGISTRATION FEE: A $100 registration fee per session is due at the time of registration. This amount is deducted from your final tuition. It is not refundable after January 15th.
ADDING SESSIONS: Any session added after your initial date of registration will be subject to current rates. Coupons may not be reactivated after their expiration date. Prior to January 15th, if you wish to unenroll your child from any session of camp, you can apply that session's registration fee toward a different session.
SWITCHES: You may switch camps or dates only if there is availability. A $50 change fee applies after January 15th.
FINAL PAYMENT: The balance of your tuition will be automatically deducted from your account on March 1st. Camper tuition includes an annual family membership to Massachusetts Horticultural Society (if your child attends camp at the Mass Hort Elm Bank Reservation). Fees include all equipment and an AM snack and PM ice-pop. Campers can provide their own lunch or choose LINX Lunch. There are no refunds after March 1st or after final balances have been collected. (For the week of July 4th, an automatic 20% discount will be applied.)
OPTIONAL EARLY DROP OFF: You have the option to add Early Drop Off to your order. Early Drop off is from 8:00am - 9:00am and an additional fee per day applies.
OPTIONAL EXTENDED DAY: You have the option to add Extended Day to your order. Extended day is from 4:00pm - 6:00pm and an additional fee per day applies.
