Soccer Camp Seniors at Dana Hall

The LINX Camps Dana Hall Campus includes three beautifully maintained athletic fields, as well as a regulation-sized High School soccer field. Our coaching staff includes elite coaches and professionals who help train the campers to advance to the next level.  Campers are divided into age specific groups and skill straining is deisgned to be fun and challenging while focusing on: ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, headers, throws and more! Each week includes mini-tournaments and periods of swim and other fun camp activities.

Our Soccer Campers are put to the test as they participate in drills and exercises designed to improve skills while having fun.  Offense, Defense and Goalie training included each day.  Agility and flexibility are emphasized as we prepare Campers for competitive league playCampers also gain an appreciation for team, spirit and sportsmanship through tournaments and team challenges!

Tournament Mode
Campers progress in skills and then enter into LINX Tournament Mode. Team challenges, record breaking games and Beat the Leader activities are all part of the game. An emphasis is placed on continuing to develop the skills, along with good sportsmanship, dedication and perseverance.

Campers go home with a Skills Assessment Chart that identifies their strengths and areas that need further conditioning. Each skills assessment is designed to help campers develop their confidence and awareness that will improve their comfort and performance during the year. Campers are encouraged to participate in multiple sessions to further develop their skills.

About Coach Christine
Coach Christine
Christine Kennedy played four years of Division II soccer at Saint Anselm College in NH. In her junior year she was Team Leading Scorer and selected by coaches and teammates to represent women’s soccer on the NCAA Athletic Advisory Council.  Post College Christine volunteered for the Special Olympics Soccer program and worked as a Camp Coordinator for Mass Premier Soccer, designing and implementing curriculum for children ages 5-12 years old, and as a U10 girls Individual Team Trainer.  Christine has also coached at the collegiate level.  At Wentworth Institute of Technology, her responsibilities included recruitment of new members, scouting and evaluating opponents, and coordinating/leading team practices.  In Christine’s most recent coaching position as a U-10/U-11 girls club soccer coach, she improved the team record from 0-2-7 to 7-1-1 in one year (same kids).

Equipment Needed
Shin guards, mouthguard (colored), protective cup (boys only) and soccer cleats.

Archery, Rock Climbing and Swimming:  As part of the larger camp community, Soccer Campers also enjoy a period of archery, rock climbing and other fun camp activities each week, along with daily swim lessons and free swim in the 25-yard, 6-lane pool at the Shipley Center of Dana Hall.

Many LINX Soccer Campers also choose the All Star Sports Camp for multiple sessions so they can enjoy skill development and competition in a variety of sports.  You can also add Freedom Camp and experience all of the camp activities while selecting your afternoon Specialty Workshops every day.

Snack is provided to all campers during 2nd period and an end of the day snack is also included. 

Hours: 9 - 4PM with early drop off and extended day available. A LINX Lunch Plan is also available along with other extras.
