Freedom Camp (Full Day, 2nd - 3rd) at Dana HallFreedom Campers (2nd - 8th) enjoy a wide array of programs while they get the "freedom to choose" activities each day. Campers swim daily in the heated, 25-yard, 6-lane indoor pool at the Shipley Center of Dana Hall and travel throughout camp with counselors. Counselors unite the group each week and set the tone for the campers to earn the Spirit Stick. Groups rally around good sportsmanship, cooperation, inclusion and camaraderie.
ACTIVITIES INCLUDE Archery, Arts and Crafts, Basketball, Canoeing*, Fishing*, Flag Football, Hiking*, Hockey, Golf Driving, Lacrosse, Rock Climbing, Science, Soccer, New Games, Orienteering, Team Building, Tennis, Theatrical Arts, Volleyball * Campers and Counselors use the LINX Shuttle to travel to the Elm Bank Campus to enjoy these activities as their schedule permits.
Every morning our Freedom Campers are given the opportunity to choose their afternoon Specialty Workshops. Being a Freedom Camper at LINX Summer Camp is the perfect blend for children who want to experience all that camp has to offer while they can also dive deeper into programs and subjects that truly interest them on a daily basis. Specialty Workshops include those available as part of the Sports and Specialty Camps as well as other camp programs (new slate of activities available each day). Snack is provided to all campers during 2nd period and an end of the day snack is also included. Hours: 9 - 4PM with early drop off and extended day available. A LINX Lunch Plan is also available along with other extras.
