LINX Basketball Campers get the edge they need to succeed on the court while training with former NBA Champ Brian Scalabrine*
If your child is ready to take his game to the next level, come play on our two NCAA regulation-sized courts this summer. Campers develop offensive and defensive basketball skills including passing, dribbling, rebounding, and shooting. Campers are immersed in the sport in small groups that receive intense coaching from some of the best basketball coaches in the Boston Metro West area!
Campers are divided into age-appropriate groups and skills training is designed to be fun and challenging. Each week includes mini-tournaments, coaches challenges and more. Based on enrollment in specific weeks, rookies girls and boys (2nd and 3rd) may combine for their basketball training.
Days at LINX Camps are typically spent laughing and learning with friends! Basketball Camp includes three daily sports intensives, a lunch period, a swim period (including Red Cross Certified swim instruction), and a bonus camp activity period.
While Basketball Campers are immersed in sports sessions for half the day, they also have the opportunity to interact with non-basketball camp friends during opening and closing ceremonies, as well as lunch. Our popular camp-wide activities help us to build a sense of camp community.
Many campers choose Basketball Camp for multiple sessions to sharpen their skills. Some compliment that with a week in another LINX Sports Camp or a week in anLX Sports Camp for a more intense sports focus. You may also add a General Camp or Specialty Camp to experience all LINX Camps has to offer!
* Brian Scalabrine was part of the 2014 team and is slated for select weeks for 2015. His availability is subject to their NBA schedule. LINX and LX Basketball camps offer permier coaching regardless of participation of NBA coaching.
